Resignation of a member of the Board of Directors who becomes an observer, and co-option of a new member of the Board

BOURBON announces that its Board of Directors, in their meeting on August 24th 2009, formally enacted the resignation of Ms. Dominique Senequier as a member of the Board of Directors.

During the same meeting Dominique Senequier, who attended Board meetings of BOURBON from June 1994 to May 2000, and then again since September 2003, was appointed a non-voting observer with immediate effect.

Jacques de Chateauvieux, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BOURBON, commented: “BOURBON’s Board of Directors is delighted to be able to continue to benefit from Dominique Senequier’s contribution and advice, as has been the case for over 15 years.”

At the same Board Meeting BOURBON’s Board of Directors also co-opted Ms. Agnès Pannier-Runacher to the position made vacant following Dominique Senequier’s resignation.
This co-optation for the remaining term of Ms Senequier’s office until 2012, is subject to shareholders approval at the next combined general shareholders meeting scheduled for June 9, 2010.

Agnès Pannier-Runacher, aged 35, is a graduate of HEC and ENA. She was an Inspecteur des finances at the French Ministry for the Economy, Finance and Industry, followed by cabinet director and member of the executive committee of the Public Hospitals of Paris Organisation. She was then deputy director of finance and strategy and manager of the equity investments and development department for Caisse des dépôts. She is now, since beginning of 2009, a member of the executive committee of the Fonds Stratégique d’Investissement (French public strategic investment fund – “FSI”).
