BOURBON has been informed that, further to the acquisition of 2.770.140 shares, Pleyel Investissements SAS controlled by Monnoyeur SAS crossed above the 5% shareholding threshold in BOURBON on September 10th.
They thus now hold 5.02% of the shares.
